State of people who insult Lord Shiva

EXPLANATION: 

Person with true knowledge (Knowledge of God) will always think of Lord Shiva, will realize him who is the leader of Devas and receive his grace

But ignorant people who thinks Lord Shiva as one of the small Gods and speak ill of him, will attain a state which is equivalent to the parrot which gets torn apart by a cat🐈
