EXPLANATION:

The Atman (The Self) is ever blissful😇.  During birth, during life, during realization the Atman is always the same (blissful).

But this above truth is forgotten by us.

Due to ignorance, we think that we are in suffering and to eliminate it we go in search of food🥖🍞 and clothes🥻🧥 and we get afflicted by that.  Thirumoolar says that this state of ignorance is really pitiable😢.
