If we know about ourselves, we can know about God. 'Knowing about ourselves' means knowing about the atman and the body. This is Knowledge. The Knowledge of Tattva means knowing the truth. The sages who reach the Sahasrara chakra by activating it and realizes the God, will destroy the good and bad deeds which come with them and they will reach the holy feet of God. So Thirumoolar says for those sages there is no rebirth.
